How do I 'click and collect' from the Maidstone shop?

Once you've added the items you'd like to the basket click on Proceed to checkout, then click on United Kingdom, a drop down menu will appear with Click & Collect as the first option This will remove the postage costs. Also at the checkout there is a space to leave us a message with your preferred collection day and time and any other message you'd like to leave us.

What are the Maidstone shop opening times?

Our normal opening times are 10am - 5pm Tuesday - Saturday. Closed Sundays,Mondays and Bank Holidays. This may vary during the year depending on event like Halloween etc.

Are you open through lockdown?

Yes. We can offer curb side 'click and collect', local delivery and post out worldwide via this website. We are unfortunately unable to allow customers into the store.

Can I book a hire costume online?

No, our hire costumes can only be booked in-store or over the phone for collection from our Maidstone shop. Any enquires and to check availability please email us or call us on 01622 201000.

How do I get to your Maidstone Store?

We are located in Maidstone town centre, on Brewer street. There are two pay and display car parks on Brewer street and also bay parking on the road. If walking through the town centre KFC is opposite the bottom of Brewer street, we are a 1 minute walk from there. SATNAV: use our postcode ME14 1RU
