Delivery Information
Delivery of your order placed through this website:
Orders placed via our website or placed over the phone will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Evri services.
We aim to dispatched all orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day (excluding English bank holidays).
Orders received by 3pm on Fridays may arrive the next day but this is not guaranteed.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
Price for local balloon delivery on application.
Delivery options are as follows:
FREE UK Mainland Delivery on orders of £50 or above
- Order to be posted only to an address on Mainland UK
- Free delivery will be using our 1-3 day service with Royal Mail or Evri
- For Next Day or signed for services please choose the appropriate option at the checkout - charges apply.
UK Mainland Standard Tracked Delivery (1-3 days) - from £5
- We aim dispatch your orders within 24 hours of receipt
- Standard Delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days although this is not guaranteed
- Our dispatch team do not work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays so orders will not be despatched on these days
- A signature required option is available
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (order before 3pm for delivery Monday - Friday) - from £7
- Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day
- Orders received by 3pm on Fridays will be processed and posted same day but may not arrive until Monday
- Delivery at the weekend is not guaranteed
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day
- A signature required option is available
Please note: In the event of severe weather conditions some deliveries may be delayed.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to dispatch part or all of your order, we will contact you to discuss viable options or alternatives. If none can be agreed we will issue a refund.
