Blue Confetti Double Bubble Balloon
Perfect as a gift or to decorate a room for a party. This balloon bouquet consists of a 24" confetti print deco-bubble balloon with a latex balloon inside. A coordinating balloon collar is attached and all tied off to a cluster of balloons as a weight. Perfect to sit on a table or the floor.
The image shown is just an example of what we can do. The latex balloon inside can be substituted for any 11" latex balloon we hold in stock so perfect for birthdays, milestones ages, celebrations, weddings etc.
